For the Burger:
- 500g Äì Irish Beef Mince (10%+ fat)
- 2 tbsp Äì soy sauce (I used reduced salt but any will be fine)
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1Ä? cube fresh ginger Äì finely grated
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
To Serve:
- 4 burger buns
- 1 carrot
- 1 green cabbage leaf (the type that youÄôd add to a stir fry)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- salt
